SCULPT + Cider ~ In Community

Sculpt + Cider is BACK at @convergence_ciderworks … this time with a MISSION.
Saturday, November 27th at 10a join me for the crowd favorite SCULPT class at Convergence with 100% of donations going directly to the Meskwaki Nation food sovereignty program.
“The mission of the program is to secure food sovereignty by seeding, growing, and harvesting Meskwaki Indigenous knowledge and life-ways Meskwaki Food Sovereignty is a program that organizes the local and traditional food initiatives for our tribal community. We also serve as an incubator for the department’s programs PTEC and Summer Youth Employment to learn about traditional foods, growing, harvesting, and job skills through on-the job training.” @meskwaki_nation_
We move, play & breath on stolen land. Here in the Driftless, we acknowledge living on the land of Meskwaki Nation (Sac & Fox of Iowa Mississippi Tribe). This class is an opportunity to move beyond the land acknowledgment and uplift indigenous programs through your donations!
